Inspired by Peggy Porschen's pansy cakes, in her book "pretty party cakes". I fell in love with her little cakes and I had to make them cookies.

- I have been making cookies for many years. In 2009 when my daughter became ill, cookies had to be put on hold. I had a dear friend share some essential oils with us. I used them even though I was very skeptical, and unsure of how things would turn out. Since it was the only option I had I gave it a try.
