Back yard BBQ

Having a back yard BBQ? What a fun way to celebrate than serving sugary sweet hotdogs and hamburgers. Can you smell the smoke from the grill. Yum! I love my new cookie cutters!

New Cookie cutters

I just had to post my newest cookie cutters. I am so excited about these. I have been looking for a pie cookie cutter for the longest time and now I have found one! These cutters are made by a family business called eCrandal. They make the cutters by hand. They are well made and will stand the test of time of countless cookie making. I was so impressed with the business, and their ability to make the sale of these cutters personal and unique. I will visit their website again! Enjoy. If you are looking for great copper cutters, visit ecrandal.com.

Mexican Fiesta

These cookies were so fun to make. They are for a Mexican Fiesta wedding reception. What better way to celebrate your big day than to have fun food, fun music and family and friends.

Ouch!

I made these for a teen who broke his leg when he was climbing a tree. They had to put pins in his leg to fix the break. The family calls his leg the robot leg. To top it all off he had to have 4 teeth pulled. I added the teeth just for a laugh. His family had a tennis court built in their back yard. Hence the tennis balls. We hope he is better soon!

Happy Birthday!!

I made these for a girl celebrating her birthday this month. She is taking guitar lessons, and loves to be fashionable. Happy Birthday to you!

Get well!

These were made for a lady who fell down her stairs and broke her hip. We are hoping these will make her feel better!

Firehouse dogs.

I made these for the cookie sale. I have never made the fire hydrant before. I need to make these for the firefighters in the area. When I suggested to the kids we should make some for them they had their own cookie designs in mind. My son said we should make a house with a fire coming out of the windows, and my daughter said we should make a cookie look like a hose spirtting water. What great ideas!! I will make them soon!

Missionary Man

I made these for a young man going on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. They turned out awesome!!

The cookie sale

I decided to have a neighborhood cookie sale. It was a lot of fun, but it was a lot of work. I put in over 28 hours in a two day period of time. My husband set up our "parlor" to look like a vintage little cookie shop. It was adorable. Thank you to all my neighbors and friends that made this sale a complete success.

Baby Bliss

When I think of little baby girls, lady bugs come to mind. These were made for a baby shower. The flowers are made out of sugarpaste.
